More About Me

REALTOR® Raquel Lopez is reliable, approachable, and enthusiastic, bringing a calm and steady presence to every real estate transaction. Friends and former colleagues describe her as someone who stays organized under pressure, listens thoughtfully, and finds proactive solutions. With a naturally positive attitude and strong follow-through, Raquel is someone her clients can truly count on.

As a highly organized and client-focused professional, Raquel approaches real estate with care, clarity, and integrity. She values strong communication and thorough preparation, ensuring her clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the entire process. Whether buying or selling, her goal is to make each step feel approachable and well-managed.

Before transitioning into real estate, Raquel built her career in marketing and creative project management. She worked in marketing for a credit union and spent the previous 10 years at a nonprofit creative agency as an Account Executive. In that role, she managed projects, coordinated teams, and kept complex timelines moving smoothly from start to finish. Her background makes her detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and skilled at positioning and promoting a home in a way that attracts the right buyers through thoughtful strategy and strong messaging.

Raquel specializes in residential real estate in Tacoma and South King County, including Federal Way. As a new agent, she brings fresh energy, a strong work ethic, and a deep commitment to doing things the right way.

Outside of work, Raquel is an avid runner and has participated in many 5Ks and marathons, including the 2025 New York City Marathon. She is especially proud to have run in support of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, helping raise funds for children fighting childhood cancer. When she’s not running, she enjoys reading and spending time with her two toddlers, making memories and staying present with her family. Staying active, curious, and grounded—both personally and professionally—are values she carries into her work with every client.
